Odd nuclear question - Thanks!

Thanks to all of you that responded regarding the orbital speed of
electrons.  Quite educating in the process.  I especially thank those of
you that went the extra mile in the ASCII formula Olympics.  
I probably should have mentioned that the person asking is in a high school
physics class.  Is she ever in for a surprise...
