    The problem being discussed here has long been recognized. Those who
have been involved in government sponsored research are familiar with the
need to obtain the "right" answers if they wish to have their funding
continued. The problem is how to deal with such prostitution in science. Too
often, maintaining one's scientific integrity can result in serious economic
penalty.
