[ RadSafe ] Positions at Columbia

There is a HUGE difference in the pay between medical/academic and
commercial HP work.
I know I have worked both sides of the fence so to speak

The time I spent at a university/hospital was very very satisfying but I
was lured back to the dark side (commercial power) due to the difference
in pay.

I do miss those days very much, well except on pay day.

Wow ... I looked at the pay grades for Morningside and ... grade 16 ...
the highest listed ... is under 80k/year. That's over 35k/year less
than I made in 2005 ... and I live in Wisconsin. I must be way out of
the loop on what our profession pays.
