[ RadSafe ] Did anyone receive my news distribution yesterday title - Ameren applies for new nuclear plant in MO

I sent this out twice yesterday PDT and have not received it back. Would
like to know if anyone received it on Radsafe. If not, is there a system
problem with E-Mail delivery?
