[ RadSafe ] U.S. Antiterror Funds Spent Unwisely, Experts Say

They're spending my money unwisely, too.
A few months ago I had to submit to very "in depth" FBI background check and 
security screening to maintain my  explosives license. I didn't mind the 
inconvenience because I'm all for stopping the mis-use of such material.
In yesterdays mail I received notice that if I wanted to keep my Haz Mat 
endorsment on my drivers license so I can haul explosives I must pay $89.25, 
submit finger prints and let them do a "Back ground" check through the FBI.
This is getting out of hand. This much licensing will put the "little guy" 
out of business.
Seems that one real through background check through the FBI would be 
enough.
