able to come up with a defensible conclusion," Makhijani said.   "

I agree whole heartedly, and as such, should compare nuclear plant are populations to that around oil refineries, coal buring plants, steel mills, etc.
and of course population areas not affect by any of the previously mentioned industries.

However, I have no idea how they will 'adjust' for pesticide exposure....
