Hi Franz,

I do agree that one should alwaus post affiliation, but there are times where smart phone doesn't include a full detail. Jeff concurs. My other point was that an affiliation doesn't equate to acceptable opinion, one was or the other. So, we do agree on some of this.

Again you disappoint me severely.

The RADSAFE rules clearly state that the posters should identify themselves
and give their affiliation. So this is not a matter of "company policy".
This rule cannot be overruled in my opinion by the fact that somebody is
afraid of retaliation by his company. I have already posted that I do not
understand why people do not send their messages from their private e-Mail
connection - I repeat it!

Many mails, recently some which were intended to ridicule me and blackmail
me were sent on RADSAFE. You defended a well known troll, you explained that
you know another person, who stated that I never have submitted anything
reasonable to RADSAFE. It might be that you know him, but he should stand
for his message by giving his name and affiliation. I am almost sure that
most of RADSAFErs do not know him. At least I do not know him.

There are RADSAFE rules and they should not be substituted by
"company/organisation policy". I have above clearly shown how company
restrictions can be overcome.

Again, somebody who cannot stand for his views and opinions should not post
on RADSAFE.

It all comes down to the company/organization polifcy regarding internet
use/E-Mail or other means of communication. It is not or right unless it's
dealt with at the specific facility. Radsafe has continued to be a venue to
exchange ideas. The platform opportunities are endless, evev if the
membership are not.

Let's focus on the many issues that face us today and generations that come
in the future and less as to when or how a post eventually makes it to the
list. Now that would be ridiculous.

Apparently, it appears that I do have such free time.

Some private and state/federal employers feel that it is a component of
public outreach to allow employees to post to a list of this nature. Some
prefer to have their people post a tiny disclaimer. I don't see how this
could possibly be a problem?
