RadSafers/Mark:

The western world gave Iran and Iraq their nuclear capabilities. Talk about Pandora's box, Mark! I didn't see the movie but remember news articles in the 80s and 90s on this, one showing a German technician working in new Iranian (I think) centrifuges. I wish someone would put all of the old issues of Nucleonics Week online and make them available. In any case here are some online article's of the history of various nuclear weapons programs. None of these countries developed nuclear capabilities (both for power and arms) without outside assistance.

Dear Radsafers,
meant to suggest that Iran would be better off looking after the welfare
f its population instead of insisting on opening Pandora's Box. My
mbiguous subject title extension could be misunderstood.

Like it or not, "duck and cover", "stick our head in the sand", or other
lternatives may soon be presented to us, like it or not!
