I doubt that radioactivity would be in the top ten risks associated with drilling for gas on that site (with the top risks being the same as in any gas drilling/transporting operation). It might be kind of interesting to see if the gas from a well into the volume affected by the blast can be differentiated from gas from nearby wells.
