Hopefully, the "do not use technology" order is not stored in the patient's electronic medical record. What a conundrum...

So, if somebody becomes unconscious as a result of your cell phone, can you ethically call 911?

Maybe folks with such a condition should get a Not Use Technology order, kinda like a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order...
