[ RadSafe ] Isotope Delivery to Hospitals

Thanks for the input everyone!!

Yes, I had a LONG talk with my state licensing agency after posting this
original message, and she confirmed what I was thinking and agreed with me
that this not a good idea. (I did not want this to be done for the reasons
most of you said.)

I then forwarded some of the comments from here, and a summary of the
conversation with my regulation agency to the Director of Radiology. The
result is, I win!! They will not be setting up an area in ER for the
deliveries to go to and contacted security about having them escort the
couriers to the hot lab after hours and on weekends. (Which is what I told
them to do in the first place!)

Thanks again! It really helped to have other opinions to help my fight!
Every time I disagree with something they want to implement their first
question is what do other hospitals do! This is where radsafe helps a lot!
