[ RadSafe ] Rolling blackouts

Details of the rolling blackouts are on the Internet. Basically it was a combination of some burst water pipes and some scheduled outages for maintenance at a few non-nuclear power plants. Folks here are upset that the maintenance was scheduled and performed when it was well-known that the cold front was coming.
