Friends,
I greatly appreciate the discretion shown by Mr George Dowell. Any depraved man
wanting to assemble a dirty bomb may get all the needed information from the
essays of "think- tanks" apparently written to caution lay public!
We should not discuss the details in public
Regards
Parthasarathy

Subject: [ RadSafe ] How tough is it to build a dirty bomb?
"I share Doug's impressions (too hot to handle, too hot to build)."
Well, I don't agree with that at all, after all, we handle 'hot' stuff everyday,
all the time.
I would be glad to discuss this offline with any legitimate listmember. I'm
biting
my tongue here
so as not to let any ideas be published openly> as are many other practitioners
I'm
quite sure.
In 2011 we are as a nation (USA) far better off and more prepared than we were
in 2001, but we
still have a long way to go.
I could tell stories that would curl your hair.
