[ RadSafe ] Rb-87 Atomic Clocks

I also looked for such a clock on the internet and found that it is easy to
buy an "Atomic Clock" but they are not really atomic in this sense.  Rather
they are radio controlled clocks that update periodically to the atomic
clock maintained by NBS in Colorado.  I did not find a good source for a
true Atomic Clock controlled directly by Rb-87.
