Hey Phil,
I'm with you. One can say there are liars in every segment of mankind, no matter what group they come from. I started out in State Government, way back in 1971, and they were all good people. You're a good person and a lot of my government colleagues are good people. There are liars everywhere, just look at Antony Weiner (he should be one less government worker)! I'm not sure that Steve was really labeling all government workers as habitual liars, just making an observation related to the NRC Commissioner.
Regards,
Sandy

I don't know what planet you live on, but there a bunch of people on this list that have worked their entire careers in government service with dignity and don't lie.
I don't care about the NRC commissioner and his issue; but I do care when people paint with broad brushes.
It is rhetoric like what you posted that causes so much of the vitriol we have today in our society.
You are entitled to your opinion and cynicism, I just don't agree with you.

Government employees can lie with impunity. Where have you been?
