Interesting, reminds me of my previous firefighter days, using aircraft
for wild land fire works, not sure about reactors and would the aircraft
only be a delivery vessel or mass application like fires?

To what kind of reactor coolant are they referring? Boric acid?

Obviously, most coolant is water, and large volumes. An aircraft would
not be useful for that.
