[ RadSafe ] Hire Engineers, Not Regulators Interesting Perspective

Good post Jeff. Going against the trend, both the sitting Ontario 
(Canada) provincial government and the official opposition party, 
announced their on-going commitment to nuclear energy this week. 
Ontario presently has 16 operating CANDU reactors and has a planned 
build for two more (CANDU or PWR).
