[ RadSafe ] Hire Engineers, Not Regulators Interesting Perspective

That is indeed good news. 

In my opinion, one cannot win the future with windmills and trains (ancient technology). 
One needs to look forward, small modular reactors is what I would bet the future on. It requires energy to go forward.
