[ RadSafe ] [ RadSafe Life's lottery

It was not included as a specific comment; it's part of my "signature," since I am the Lessons Learned Coordinator. ☺

I also note I missed the right syllable count on the first line; it should be:

True haiku quite hard
Season word, syllable count
Rhymes in Japanese

And to make it relevant to Radsafe, here is the one I resisted posting on the Japanese stone lanterns commemorating the Idaho Falls sister city of Tokai-mura:

Procedure compliance: a haiku

A blinding blue flash
White kimonos in the Spring
Bring the honor knife.

I decided it was a little too inflammatory.

Since George Santayana was quoted in the prior post, he once said
something even more profound than his remembering history quote. Namely,
the quote that seems to be at the root of so many Radsafe exchanges:

"To knock a thing down, especially if it is cocked at an arrogant angle,
is a deep delight of the blood."
