so contamination of soil with Cs-137 would be much less impactful vs. a
normal fission mix deposited from open air bomb testing which contained
Cs-137/Sr-90 at the fission ration found in a bomb. By contrast, a nuclear
plant airborne release will be predominantly Cs-137 with little if any
Sr-90. Does anyone have any reliable data on any Sr-90 releases from
Fukushima vs. Cs-137 releases?

I have not looked at other papers on Cs-137 measurements made in Japan, but
claims being made of land being lost to farming for many, many decades need
to be carefully compared to the minor impact of  global bomb test fallout of
Cs-137 and Sr-90 at the levels noted above. 

If we listened to the con-men and scaremongers trying to sell detox
vitamin/mineral pills to the vulnerable people of Japan that these unethical
non-scientists have worked hard to terrify, millions of Americans and
hundreds of millions of people globally would have died from global Cs-137
and Sr-90 areal deposition, and most farmlands around the world would have
been off-limits to farming for many decades after all fallout from nuclear
bomb testing left the atmosphere as of the late 1960s.

Not surprising. The Tokyo Health Department, at their official monitoring
location near Yokata Air Base, recorded a total deposition of Cs-134 +
Cs-137 of ~14 kBq/m3 as of the end of April. Throw in a little wind and rain
to redistribute it a little ... and voila.
