Chris, 

I am sorry, but I cannot since long follow your obviously encrypted messages. Do you have anything to distribute by your   message "Democracy?" I could not get it, but please be merciful, I am not such an excellent and knowledgable expert like you as this world wide reknown raman spectroscopist. I admit not to have the slightest idea on raman-spectroscopy, though I know the basics. Unfortunatly Chris Busby does not admit that he has not the slightest idea about radiation or radiation protection. Anyhow there is a big difference in our messages - I do not pretend to be an expert on Raman spectroscopy, but he pretends to be the ultimate expert on radiation topics.

In Austria, there is a habit to characterize ones messages, if they are ment cynical and at the end to write "cynism off". I am afraid that the raman spectroscopist is of the opinion that his contributions are reflecting "reality". Probably a real mental problem for him.
