Chris "universal scientist" Busby,
I see one more interesting facet of your universal knowledge: You are a world famous meteorologist.
Unfortunately your message is just another silly one in the course of your participation on RADSAFE.
Very interesting to hear that global fallout is not present in the Southern Hemisphere! All the data officially available are probably fakes (like your ECRR). Do not attempt to do a Google search, you might be disappointed.
What you "recommend" to RADSAFErs you should do your self.
Quo usque tandem abuteris pantientiam nostram?
