[ RadSafe ] Funny cartoon from shortly after TMI - "He's grown a foot....."

It would have been proper to spell the sign "Nuculer" Plant so President
Carter [at the time of his visit to TMI in 1979] and later President George
W. Bush could find their way to any nuclear plant. :-)

Good cartoon.  Maybe should have been spelled "Nuculer" on the sign.
