[ RadSafe ] Thorium Fueled Reactors

You're right Dan, "proliferation"  was not the proper term to use. It's
easy to forget it's a bit of a trigger word in these groups. I'm more
interested in the economic aspects of the Thorium fueled reactor designs
and their supposedly increased safety margin.
