Dear Jake -
Did you accidentally misuse the word 'proliferation'? I think George took
it to mean nuclear weapons proliferation. I think you meant the future of
'nuclear power development'.
The word generally has only one meaning for nuclear types - as in nuclear
weapons proliferation or the NPT - Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

I read the NPT several times a year whether I need to or not, but then I
spent eight years at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and have
been 'indoctrinated'.
