Hi Joe,
´p issue is scandalous. I further think that the persons or companies behind these threats should be named. I personally cannot believe that there had  been any activities or messages at RADSAFE, that could be used for a lawsuit - on what grounds???? . 
RADSAFE is a platform for exchange of information and experience between professionals on a private basis - so what? 
 
I hope for fast clarification.
