Good evening Franz:
Unfortunately in this country (USA) they sue at "a drop of a hat", meaning
for any reason. I wouldn't doubt that eventually someone will try to sue.
Chances of getting a settlement is remote. You are correct that RADSAF is
just a platform for exchange of information, which I find very useful. This
is one reason that the insurance rates for MD's is so high. They even
advertise by video and newspapers for clients. I hate to say it but the USA
has to many "ambulance chaser".

Hi Joe,
´p issue is scandalous. I further think that the persons or companies behind
these threats should be named. I personally cannot believe that there had
been any activities or messages at RADSAFE, that could be used for a
lawsuit - on what grounds???? .
RADSAFE is a platform for exchange of information and experience between
professionals on a private basis - so what?
I hope for fast clarification.
Franz
