Strangely, the same day as Joe's email highlighting interstellar travelers arrived in my email, I also got a copy of a paper entitled "Scouting the spectrum for interstellar travelers", the Authors being Juan Carlos Garcia-Escartin and Pedro Chamorro-Posada Universidad de Valladolid, Dpto.
