John,

Could you explain to a non native speaker the essence of your comment? I am serious, that scientists should not any more accept all the accusations of those totally uneducated "activists", who make good money with their "activities". Good business to denounce serious and good work by such people like Greenpeace who have no clue about topics they claim to be experts on. Every week we have in Austria at least one new expert on nuclear agenda, on whaling, on sustainable energ, energy conservation and similar blabla. It usually turns out that they are students of psychology, business administration, sociology and the like at age 19 or 20.. Young people have all my sympathy, but not if they distort science for political agenda.

May I emphasize that natural sciences should not be left to clearly political agitators.

BTW you may remember that I used to appreciate you comments on RADSAFE.

Best regards,

Franz
