Try Saint-Gobain crystals and Detectors. www.gammalabs.com. This is Gamma Laboratories/Bicron/TGM Detectors and I believe that it is part of Thermo Scientific.

The only other pancake tubes I have seen have been Soviet surplus. They
work, but not sure how usable they are in a HP context (certifiability,
etc).

Canberra Industries (or earlier Canberra - Dover Division; years ago
now they bought the Nuclear Research Corp. in Dover,NJ) still makes GM
tubes; check with your Canberra rep.
