Dear Radsafe,
 
     Hey all.  According to today's Trentonian  Newspaper (Trenton, NJ,
USA), newly constructed nukes in the Southeastern USA are experiencing
cost over-runs.  This  is in combination with newish low natural gas
prices.  Not good news.
 
     The President has appointed a new Department of  Energy boss and a
new EPA boss. (USA).
