You must pay (a lot!)!
http://www.iata.org/publications/dgr/Pages/index.aspx
But if you have an older version, you can get an idea of changes from their website at:
http://www.iata.org/whatwedo/cargo/dgr/Documents/DGR54-Significant-Changes.pdf
But you could have found this using Google..... <G>
Regards
Doug

Subject: [ RadSafe ] ICAO/IATA regulations availability
Hello RADSAFERs,
I have a question regarding where I can obtain a copy of the IATA hazardous materials shipping regulations. Does ICAO have a website like the US government does for the Code of Federal Regulations that will allow me to access hazmat shipping regulations for free, or will I have to pay to access the most current air transport regulations?
Thanks for any help,
Jeff Kulp
