[ RadSafe ] ICAO/IATA regulations availability

Hello All RadSafers,
I suggest you try your institution's professional library or even your
local library and ask for an Inter Library Loan.
I am able to acquire or borrow many reference works this way.  Of course,
we have a copy in our staff library as we routinely ship.
