[ RadSafe ] Anyone want to take over the list

This was the concern with both University of Illinois when under Melissa Woo
and at Vanderbilt under Mike Stabin. Threats of litigation and other
unbelievable accusations led to their terminating the list server on their
systems. A real shame!

The listserver can support the new standard but the University does not want
posts not having the posters name and email attached.
University wants post properly attributed to the poster as opposed to the
the new standard below:
