[ RadSafe ] Anyone want to take over the list

We have dealt with many of those issues and that is why they require the posters name and email to be attached.
We've monitored the situation on other listservers that have changed there policy and too many messages come with no attribution.
The problem know is that as more groups adopt the spam blocking standard, we are losing much of the group.
