[ RadSafe ] Anyone want to take over the list

why is it such a problem? What's wrong with simply putting the name and email of the posting person
in the subject line, instead of what now is [Radsafe]. Somewhat longer but marked by brackets
so still easily machine-identifiable for thread chasing code.
The [Radsafe] can just go as the From: address will already carry that information.
