[ RadSafe ] I cannot send messages to RadSafe on Windows 7

Otto, it could also be Windows 7. Systems bring responded to don't typically assess where the message is originating. An E-Mail is transparent to the system,  I believe.

Check your configuration settings for any anomaly.
