[ RadSafe ] I cannot send messages to RadSafe on Windows 7

Unfortunately, our IT people are at a loss as to what is causing the problem with Otto's computer. They've been trying for months. I can forward Otto's messages directly to the list but he can't post them. 

No ideas on that one.
