[ RadSafe ] Claim that Courts will be able to prove radiation as cancer-causer, by DNA evidence

The Proceedings of the National Academy are certainly a mainstream science outlet.  I would also note the two of the authors are from the Hammersmith; so this a
Is certainly a legitimate article in a legitimate outlet. 

The exact nature of the radiation exposures involved are less clear however,  as is the basis for the "chromosome band 7q11" "gain".  I can't find any other publication making the same claim, but perhaps Others are listening to RadSafe today and are more familiar with this work?
