Thanks Mike and to the countless others who have written such kind statements! Please know that I’ll still be in the field, consulting, attending HPS Meetings and also happy to be starting my 3 year term on the Health Physics Society Board of Directors, after being elected in December. I will see many of you at industry meetings but I promised my wife and family that I would cut back my activities, and so I will!
If I don’t reply to you specifically, know that I appreciate every comment posted. Radsafe is like a family and I will continue to be an active member and support the goals of the list, helping where I can!
Best regards and Happy New Year to each and everyone of you!
Sandy

Congratulations and best wishes.
It has been a pleasure knowing you through RadSafe, and reading your
posts. I always felt that if you agreed with something that I posted
there was a fair chance I was on the right track.
May the sun always rise before you do, unless the day has so much
enjoyment you need to get up early to fit it all in. May you actually
get to all those things you meant to. May friends and family fill your
life with all the color and warmth of a California sunset.

After nearly 43 years working in the nuclear industry, on February 28
I will step down as President, Mirion Technologies Dosimetry Services
Division, to spend more time with family, enjoying boating, hiking and
my passion for photography and just as important, to be able to pursue
other interests and consulting opportunities. I have thoroughly
enjoyed the past
17 and a half years being associated with the finest staff one could
ever ask for, all being highly dedicated and motivated, espousing
exceptional integrity, commitment, accountability, innovation and
respect, all resulting in Mirion being the 2nd largest dosimetry
service provider in the world. I am extremely happy that my business
and personal relation with Mirion will continue as I provide
consulting support to the Company. I look forward to this next phase
of my career where I can continue to support a viable nuclear option
at the same time focusing on the important factors in one's life.
Regards,
Sandy
