Sandy,

I may be a little late, but I want to wish you a happy retirement. We have
met at CIRMS meetings a few times and you gave me some good advise about
measuring contamination on our products after the Fukoshima disaster.

I am starting my second year of retirement and can only recommend it!

All the best wishes and I hope you are enjoying retirement (to whatever
extend you choose) as much as I have!

Best wishes to you and your family!

Hans

After nearly 43 years working in the nuclear industry, on February 28 I
will step down as President, Mirion Technologies Dosimetry Services
Division, to spend more time with family, enjoying boating, hiking and my
passion for photography and just as important, to be able to pursue other
interests and consulting opportunities. I have thoroughly enjoyed the past
17 and a half years being associated with the finest staff one could ever
ask for, all being highly dedicated and motivated, espousing exceptional
integrity, commitment, accountability, innovation and respect, all
resulting in Mirion being the 2nd largest dosimetry service provider in the
world. I am extremely happy that my business and personal relation with
Mirion will continue as I provide consulting support to the Company. I
look forward to this next phase of my career where I can continue to
support a viable nuclear option at the same time focusing on the important
factors in one’s life.

Regards,

Sandy
