doing experimental LNT research currently?"

Wow! Those organizations and others have already conducted
twenty-five lifetime studies with inhaled, injected, and ingested
alpha and beta emitting radionuclides targeting the lungs and
skeleton and other organs of the body with beagles spanning
over 30 years to address this questions and it has been answered!

See my summary article with all the data and see my
Figure 16 in Health Phys. 98:515-536; 2010
where I show a statistically significant reduction (zero cases)
in bone sarcoma from Sr+Y-90 protracted radiation exposures
for cumulative doses smaller than 10 Sv. This I call
a life-span virtual threshold for radiation induced cancer.

LNT does not apply to radiation induced cancer, but only the promotion
of normally occurring cancers in the Japanese survivors discussed in my
Heath Phys. 101:84-93; 2011.

If you do not have these papers I will send it to you on request.

Otto
