Hmmmm,
 
     Also have heard stories about the Russians  scuttling some of their 
nuclear submarines at Sea.???  Hope they de-fuel  them first????  Then there's 
the story about the German Uboat sunk off  Norway that is holding a fair 
amount of Mercury.  I don't think the Mercury  was to be used for 
weapons-making.  Google preisig and radsafe and  mercury    ????  The Uboat was on its 
way to Japan???

PS  Allegedly there is a boat containing platinum in the ocean off of
