[ RadSafe ] Update 2 on Porter Ranch methane leak

Radsafe,

      The gas leak flow rate has come down a fair amount in a month,
possibly with some help from
human intervention.  In another month or two, will the flow rate be quite
small???  Should be easy to cap the gas well
by then???  Do they really need to drill a relief well???  Good lawsuits
coming???
