Michael,

Does your interest just lie in real-time geo tagging or are you also
interested in live integrity data as well?

The former can be accomplished via variations of GIS software and GPS
markers. The latter would depend on your cellular coverage and what type of
telemetry you're interested in. Teleview 3000 by Mirion might be the
software for you. You will need some additional hardware if you're trying
to live monitor the gauge though.
