I do not really know, what kind of response you are expecting. After
reading the message, which includes the Tokaimura accident I would comment
the following regarding nuclear and radioactivity issues:

Thanks to the person who compiled the disasters, because it gives somehow a
perception of where and what kind of risks exist. It shows very well that
risks from natural disasters are by far higher than from man-made ones, not
to talk about the risks from nuclear energy or radioactivity in common. It
is a confirmation that risk perception - which is greatly influenced by
mass media reports - is not coherent with real risks. This is nothing new,
but should be strengthened over and over again.
