Re: Suggestions?

I consider the word disaster in this article as catastrophe (calamity,
tragedy), am I wrong?
In this sense the Nuclear Accident at Tokaimura, even considering the worst
Japan's nuclear accident, was not a disaster, but a nuclear accident. This
accident was classified as level 4 in the INES SCALE, that's mean: ACCIDENT
WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT OFF-SITE RISK, MINOR RELEASE AND PUBLIC EXPOSURE OF THE
ORDER OF PRESCRIBED LIMITS. No consequences also to the great majority of
the workers.
