In my opinion, there was a much more devastating fuel-preparation
disaster in 1999 than the Tokaimura accident.  I refer, of course, to
the collapse of the woodpile for the Texas A&M bonfire, which killed 12
people.

On a different subject, I was told that there will be a report on CBS
News tonight at 6:30 (EST) about Manufacturing Sciences Corporation and
Oak Ridge Operations.  For those not following this thread, MSC is the
company which received the state permit to release volumetrically
contaminated nickel.
