Apology for a mistake (Man Sentenced in radioactive Poisoning Case)

I have been pointed by a fellow RADSAFER to a severe mistake in my posting:

I wrote:

Or do you think that the blame goes to a criminal shooting somebody with
army guns, spread out by the responsible persons on an open market place
and left unattended ?????????? 

This should have read ".... that the blame goes  s o l e l y  to a
criminal....." implicitely including that a part of the guilt would go to
the person leaving the guns in an open place unattended.

Please note that I have below emphasized the "also":

 "If somebody would have the opportunity at a university to take such
compounds and kill another person with them, then of course also (I say
explicitely 
a l s o !!!) the university has to be cited."

Sorry again for that mistake.
