On January 25th the New England Chapter of the Health Physics
Society (NECHPS) in conjunction with the American Nuclear Society
Northeastern Section will be holding a dinner meeting at the Papa-
Razzi Restaurant in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Jay Tarzia of Radiation Safety & Control Services will speak on the
decommissioning of Connecticut Yankee - Status to date and
challenges ahead.
AND
Paul Bemis of Stone & Webster will speak of the licensing & health
physics aspects of decommissioning Maine Yankee.
The meeting will begin with registration & attitude adjustment at
5:30, dinner at 6:30 and speakers from 7 to 8:30.
Menu is Italian style buffet and is $20.00 for members and $30.00
for guests.
Registration deadline is January 18th.
